Finally on a break....

I am so thankful for Spring Break! I am still a full time college student so the break is VERY welcome and VERY needed. I am going out of town on Saturday and won't return home until Thursday evening. I am supposed to be doing a lot of digi-scrapping with my mom but I have a feeling I won't get much done....lol My goal is to work on the new kit and complete it so I can post when I return home unless I get to do it before then!

Thank you to all of the new subscribers. I am not sure if your here for the freebies or because your truly interested in what I have to say. I would bet its the freebies. I don't mind though. It makes me proud that someone likes my creations. Thank you again. If you ARE here for what I have to say, I will try and keep you entertained...lol

I have two photography shoots tomorrow. One is a family and one is a wedding. I am so excited. It's my first time to shoot both of those. Great experience and I am loving it!

Thank you all so much for the wonderful and thoughtful feedback. I absolutely adore the comments and they make me smile. It also makes me want to create more! This is good except that I find myself trying to find ways to create more things rather than scrapbooking! hehe I have not scrapped a page in about three weeks other than the ones I did for the challenges during ACOT's Crop last weekend. Its so pathetic of me! lol

I am soooo excited!....New kit on the way!!

I am so excited! I am creating a new kit. I got a magazine in the mail yesterday and I have decided to use the color schemes throughout the magazine for inspiration. I think, no I am sure you will love this! Here is a little sample of the color scheme and tomorrow I will post the paper package. The unique name of the kit is "Extended Invitation".

Also, I have an RSS feed generator on my page now. Please sign up to get the emails, so that when I update the blog you can get it before anyone else. This is really great when I have freebies!

New Kit Freebie!!!

My life is so busy these days! I have no children to worry about but I feel like I have 50 with all of the stuff I have to do. It seems like it never ends. Spring break at school starts March 1 and I could never be happier. However, it is a short lived happiness. On March the 1st I have two events to photograph. I am very excited about that though. Since I have no medical insurance it will pay for my doctors appointment I have the following week. On the 2nd, I am driving to my moms house in Tallahassee to visit her during my break. Then after the break I have two tests the first week of school. NOT FUN! I just keep telling myself that I have only two semesters left until I am done with my A.A. Then I get to start the fun classes for my actual degree.

Okay, so I finally have a full kit to share! I have learned how to do so many things and I love it!
The name of the kit is "Sunshine & Summertime". It was inspired by the title of a Faith Hill song that I love! There are two downloads. One of them is the papers and the other is the elements. Tomorrow I am hoping to have some fonts to go along with it. Keep your fingers crossed.

A New Kit!

I am working on creating my first full kit! It will be called "Oodles of Doodles"...I think! It may change before it's finished. Here is a preview of what the papers look like!

Working on a new kit....

Don't exactly know what it its going to be like yet. I know it will be pastel colors. I am thinking spring or baby. Can't make up my mind. I learned this great trick, actually its not a trick, everyone knows it it in the scrapbooking world. I can make things turn to cardboard in PSE!!! Yea!!!

Yea!!! I am on DigiFree!

So I finally created a few things,they are not pro by far, but I have gotten them listed on Digifree! I am sooo excited. I am working on a page today that I am making and I will post it later using the little kit I created. I was WAY too tired last night to attempt it!

Freebie!!! ~ My very first kit and its free to you!!!

So I finally made a kit. :-) This is my very first one and I am so proud of myself. Its not the best kit out there, but it pleases me since I am still learning PSE 6.0. The name of the kit is "Wild Thing You Make My Heart Sing". It of course is inspired by Valentines Day.

Anyway, go ahead and download it. I do not care what you do with it, just so long you don't take credit for it. You can list that the design was created by JKellams. I am not including a TOU with this. I don't think it's necessary.

I learned something new today!
